The Short Version
ZYEYZ, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") runs this site on servers we own and administer. We collect two things from visitors, and only when you choose to send them: what you type into the contact form, and your phone number if you opt in to text messages. Everything else is anonymous traffic measurement.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- This site sets no cookies.
- We use no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
- There are no accounts, no logins, and no payments on this site.
What We Collect
When you use the contact form
We collect the name, email address, topic, and message you enter, along with the IP address the request came from. That is emailed to us. The message itself is not stored in a database on this site.
Separately, we record your IP address and email address on their own to enforce rate limits, which is what stops a single sender flooding the form. If our spam filters reject a submission, we keep a short excerpt of it -- which can include the name, email address, and message that were submitted -- so we can tell a false positive from a real bot and correct the filter rather than guess.
Text messages
We no longer collect phone numbers. The SMS signup page was withdrawn in August 2026, and the form that collected numbers has been removed from the site. If you gave us a number before then, ask us and we will delete it.
When you simply visit
We measure traffic with Umami, an analytics tool we host ourselves on our own infrastructure and serve from this domain. It records pages viewed, the referring site, and coarse browser, device, and location information. It sets no cookies, it does not follow you to other sites, and the data never leaves our servers or reaches an analytics vendor.
Our server logs record IP addresses for requests that trip a spam filter or a rate limit, as part of keeping the site available.
How Long We Keep It
Most of what we collect is deleted automatically on a schedule the software enforces, rather than one that depends on someone remembering:

Cookies and Local Storage
This site sets no cookies. Not for analytics, not for preferences, not for anything else.
Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage, which stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browsing data removes it. Our analytics tool reads one local storage flag, which records that you have opted out of measurement if you choose to. The single exception to the no-cookies rule is Cloudflare, which may set a strictly-necessary security cookie if it challenges a request; our Cookie Policy covers that and lists both local storage values by name.
Who Else Sees It
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Two service providers necessarily handle data in the course of running the site:
- Cloudflare sits in front of this site as a CDN and security proxy, so it processes the traffic reaching us, including IP addresses.
- Our own mail server at mail.zyeyz.com delivers contact form submissions. We operate it; it is not a third-party email service.
Otherwise we disclose personal information only with your consent, where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Data is held on servers we control and administer ourselves. We keep as little as we can for as short a time as we can, which is the part of security that actually limits what a breach could expose. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Your Choices
Contact us and we will act on any of the following. You do not need an account to make a request, and there is no charge.
- Ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it. We will, except where a record has to be kept to show a legal obligation was met.
- Opt out of our traffic analytics by setting an
umami.disabledvalue in your browser's local storage for this site, or by blocking/stats/script.jswith any content blocker.
Depending on where you live you may have further statutory rights over your personal information. Ask us and we will honor them.
Children
This site is aimed at business customers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change what we collect or how long we keep it, we update this page and the date at the top of it in the same change that alters the software.
