What This Page Covers

These terms govern your use of zyeyz.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

They are not your contract with us. If we do work for you, the terms of that work -- scope, price, schedule, who owns the result, and what happens if something goes wrong -- are set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work for that engagement. Where that agreement and this page disagree, that agreement governs.

About This Site

ZYEYZ, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a Montana limited liability company operating two divisions: Snowy Mountain Software, which builds custom web applications and software, and Jenkins Lane Industries, which does CNC machining, 3D printing, and CAD design.

This site is informational. It has no accounts, no logins, and no checkout -- you cannot buy anything here, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of our work and capabilities are provided in good faith but are not warranties, and anything resembling pricing is an indication rather than a quotation.

Acceptable Use

The contact form is the only way to send us anything through this site. When you use it, you agree to:

• Give accurate information, including a real email address you control
• Send only genuine inquiries -- not advertising, bulk messages, or solicitations
• Not attempt to use the form to relay mail to anyone other than us
• Not attempt to disrupt or overload the site, evade its rate limits, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission

We apply automated abuse controls to the form, including rate limits and spam filtering. We may block traffic that trips them. Those controls are imperfect, so if a genuine message of yours does not reach us, please try again.

Text Messages

We do not run an SMS program and do not send marketing text messages. The signup page that once collected numbers was withdrawn in August 2026. If you gave us a number before then, ask us through our contact page and we will delete it. Should we ever start such a program, its terms will be published here before a single message is sent.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website -- its text, layout, graphics, logos, and code -- belongs to ZYEYZ, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, link to, and quote it; you may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

Ownership of work we produce for a client is a separate question, settled in that engagement's agreement. Nothing on this page transfers or claims rights in a client's deliverables, and the fact that a project appears in our portfolio does not mean we own it.

Links to Other Sites

This site links to work we have built and to businesses we have built it for. Those are independent sites we do not control, and their content and privacy practices are their own. A link is not an endorsement of anything a site may say or do after we link to it.

Payment

No payment is taken through this site. Payment terms for our services are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated in such an agreement, fees are non-refundable, and we may modify our pricing for future work with reasonable notice.

Availability and Disclaimer

This site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it, or block access to it, at any time and without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZYEYZ, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits or replaces the liability provisions of a signed engagement agreement, which govern that engagement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We may revise these terms. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date at the top, and take effect when posted. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revision.
